The scene of a transport can be very fast-paced, noisy and confusing. While preparing for departure, we may not have been able to address all of your concerns, but do try to provide the most important information.
If you are driving to the hospital to meet a patient who has been transported by Northwest MedStar, please remember to stay calm. Your health and safety is important for those you care about. The following directions are for the most common entrance to our most-used receiving facilities.
